Another HIT from Vitae - this downstem (for the Beaker Base) is not a fragile object, it's a perfect fit for both the Base and the Bowl, allowing for 100% overall sealing of the whole rig. If you cover the bowl with your thumb or palm, no air enters the entire bong what-so-ever when you suck on the Mouthpiece. Got an extra one, just in case I DROP it, but no worries otherwise. Also a cinch to clean. I can clean it with a single Pipe Cleaner, dipped in alcohol. I make a Z a the bottom to do the inside and when that's done, I make a ring around the other end, wrap and clean the outside under hot water. 100% Clean in a minute or two.
