Shipping policy

*SHIPPING WITHIN THE US*

Orders are fulfilled and shipped in the order they were received. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business days.

Once the order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to confirm your order. A separate email with tracking information will be sent once the order is fulfilled.

An adult signature may be required upon delivery. Sales of these products are still prohibited to those under 21 years old.

** PRE-ORDERS and SALE ITEMS**

Due to large demand, sale and pre-order items could take longer than usual to be fulfilled. We will work as fast as we can to get your order to you, please allow 5-7 days for sale items.

Pre-order items are made to order and can take between 2-6 weeks to ship out and longer during holiday seasons/pandemics.

** INTERNATIONAL ORDERS **

We offer free US Shipping to qualified orders over a certain amount (varies during the year), all other countries are considered international and might need to pay import duties and taxes. Do expect delays as International orders can take 10-14 days to arrive, depending on how long it is at customs.
