How does modular compatibility work?
Every Vitae component shares one connector standard. Any base fits any mouthpiece, any percolator stacks between them, and a wood ring locks each joint. The standard never changes, so new modules always fit your existing setup.
Are all parts interchangeable?
Yes. Bases, mouthpieces, and percolators are fully cross-compatible across the entire catalog.
How do I clean my bong?
Separate the modules at each ring, rinse with warm water and add cleaning solution such as isopropyl alcohol with course salt. Seal it up with our industry first cleaning caps. Shake, rinse and reassemble. Because each piece opens up, there are no unreachable chambers.
What happens if I break a piece?
Simply replace just that module - not the whole piece. That's the point of modular.
What is covered under warranty?
Manufacturing defects are covered for 90 days. Reach out via the contact page with your order number and photos and we'll make it right.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes - international rates are calculated at checkout. Taxes and duties are included in the shipping rate unless otherwise stated.
How thick is the glass?
We use laboratory-grade borosilicate throughout; thickness per component is listed in each product's specs tab, with majority of our glass coming in at 5mm thick.
What is included with my purchase?
Each product page lists included components. Complete builds ship with base, mouthpiece, connector ring(s), downstem, and bowl.
Can I add components later?
Absolutely - that's the system working as intended. Every module is compatible with the next. Start simple and grow your piece over time.
