Wholesale Terms and Conditions
All wholesale orders are subject to inventory availability. Some orders will be made to order and can take 30-60 days to ship out. Please order in advance to secure your order during peak seasons.
For in stock items, we will ship them out within 5-7 business days.
Due to the large volume of wholesale orders, extra time is needed to prepare and check that your order is correct.
We offer a limited 30-day warranty on our glass connection points and connector rings only. We do not cover breakages that is caused by user fault. You should check all items by assembling it with the customer before it leaves your store.
We will not be liable for any damaged items that is out of the 30-day warranty. Please have customer contact us directly at suppor[email protected] for assistance on getting a replacement piece.
Any damaged items must have photo proof and proof of receipt within the 30 days. We will send you a replacement piece for the damaged items on your next order.
** PRE-ORDERS and SALE ITEMS**
Due to large demand, sale and pre-order items could take longer than usual to be fulfilled. We will work as fast as we can to get your order to you. Pre-order items are made to order and can take between 30-60 days to ship out (can be longer if there are logistical disruptions)
DISCOUNTS AND POINTS SYSTEM
Wholesale orders are not eligible for points, rewards or discounts codes.
*PLEASE NOTE* We only ship to US and Canada at this time. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Once the order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to confirm your order. A separate email with tracking information will be sent once the order is fulfilled.
Orders are fulfilled and shipped in the order they were received. An adult signature may be required upon delivery. Sales of these products are still prohibited to those under 21 years old.
Returns and Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (Due to federal shipping laws, we cannot accept any glass that has been USED)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. For product exchanges, you will be responsible for shipping the item back as well as any shipping fees on the new item.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank, it could take 3-5 days for refunds to show up on your statement.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: Vitae Glass, 1770 Post St, Suite 242, San Francisco CA 94115-4250, United States.
You will be responsible for shipping the item back as well as any new shipping charges associated with the item you'd like to exchange for.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
HOW WE COLLECT AND USE INFORMATION
Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”)
We may collect personally identifiable information (“PII”) such as your name, your contact information, your shipping information, and your billing information (such as credit card account data). We collect PII when you provide it to us through your use of the VitaeGlass Services, for example when you interact with our websites, place an order, or sign up for our mailing list. We use the PII that we collect to provide the VitaeGlass Services (such as to process and ship your orders or respond to customer service requests), to analyze and improve the Vitaeglass Services, and to conduct marketing. If you register for email or if you provide your email address to us, we will send you emails about a variety of topics such as events, new products, special sales, promotional offers from our affiliates or other selected business partners, environmental issues, and employment opportunities. We share email activity data with our marketing email provider to help them better target email deployments to consumers. While our marketing email provider has access to email address and email activity and may share bulk/non-specific activity data, no Email addresses or specific email actions are ever shared with other third parties. Should a consumer wish to opt out of this sharing, that consumer simply needs to opt out of marketing email from us.
We automatically collect certain non-personal information when you use VitaeGlass Services. For example, we collect information about the devices you use to connect to our services (such as the IP address of your computer or numeric identifier of your mobile device) and about how you use VitaeGlass Services (such as what time you visit our websites). We, and our advertisers and ad servers, may also collect non-personal information outside the VitaeGlass Services to measure the success of our advertising campaigns. We use the non-personal information that we collect for a variety of purposes such as to provide and improve the VitaeGlass Services and to analyze and offer our advertising.

With your PII – like the information you give us to fulfill an order – you have the option to change or correct your information and the choice of not hearing from us again. There are several ways you can control our use of your PII in connection with marketing and promotions.
To remove your name from our lists. You can choose to decline communications from us at the point that we request your PII. If, in Our sole discretion, We believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or you have opted into the Program for an ulterior purpose, We may refuse you access to the Program and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.
