VITAE is pronounced V-TIE and comes from the Latin word meaning LIFE and existence. It is the most important thing there is and each life is unique. Likewise, VITAE Glass is not just any glass bong, we want it to be as unique and important as you are. Allowing you to design and build your own set to your own liking. No two sets will be truly identical as you can always keep growing it with endless possibilities. 

Where will your VITAE take you? 

A modular bong is a bong which can be disassembled and reassembled, using the same parts or different compatible parts. With all the different modules that we offer, we are much like the Lego of bongs, where you can be creative and build anything you’d want. Like it simple, no problem, you can build it simple. Want 5 percs on it, no problem too. This is VITAE, and you get to choose what you build. 

TOO many. It works by the rule of multiplication, so if you had just 3 bases, 3 percolators, 3 mouthpieces, you could make a minimum of 27 different 3-piece combinations and up to 54 total combinations if you stacked it up to 5 pieces tall.  

We have pledged to a ONE for ONE challenge. Meaning we will plant one tree for every piece of glass module purchased on our site. Working with onetreeplanted.org, which plants the trees on your behalf in areas which needs it most. After each quarter, we will donate to their organizations and they will plant the trees based on our combined contributions. We will be in regular contact with these organizations to ensure that our trees are thriving and are growing up to be big and strong and cleaning the air that we breath. Fighting global warming, one toke at a time 

Our system comprises of a patent-pending connection method using our unique connector rings. First , detach any cleaning caps that is already on the glass and then start with your base piece. Connect a ring on top of the base thread and turn clockwise until you feel it is secure enough.  Attach next desired piece, either a percolator followed by another ring or mouthpiece until you are satisfied. You can detach by gently turning in a counter clockwise direction. Have you checked that all your rings are securely fastened and silicone rings are in place? If the rings and/or silicone rings is not secure, this could cause an airleak resulting in a loss in pull. Also check if there’s any cracks or damages on your pieces. Double check if your percolator is not upside down. If problem persist, we recommend taking all the pieces apart, give it a good wipe down and then reassembling it. If this doesn’t solve it and there is no damage on the pieces, please contact our support team and we would be more than happy to assist you.  

You can clean your VITAE Glass using the same cleaning solutions as you would with regular bongs. There are many cleaning solutions out there which work well, or you could use the popular method of isopropyl alcohol and salt. To make cleaning easier, our pieces are detachable and come with cleaning caps and silicone plugs which will make your life a heck of a lot easier. For a more in depth cleaning instruction, you can view our blog or refer to the user manual here. 

Don’t worry, we got your backs. Our pieces are designed with transportability in mind. Connect your cleaning caps back onto the glass, and place them back in the box that it came in. This box is designed to protect your piece and is the most secure way to transport it. These boxes have been engineered to protect your pieces and have survived drops from up to 6ft. 

Yes, all our pieces are interchangeable with one another. As long as you have enough connector rings and pieces, you can mix and match as much as you like. 

Although our glass is engineered with the highest craftsmanship and with thick 5mm borosilicate glass, it is still glass nonetheless, so yes, it can break. However, due to their size, they are less likely to break than your regular bongs. To prolong the life of your glass, always place it inside the protective box when transporting or whenever it’s not in use. 

If your piece broke within 30 days of purchase and is due to a fault other than your own, please email us at support@vitaeglass.com and we will review your order. If you broke it by yourself, you will need to buy a replacement piece for it. At least you didn’t break the whole set, at least we hope not. 

We have not yet tested this method, so we DO NOT recommend it. Although our pieces are small enough to fit in a dishwasher, there is simply too many crevices for a dishwasher to be effective enough. Besides, tar is very difficult to get off from your dishwasher. Unless you wish clean your dishwasher afterwards, we DO NOT recommend trying it. Please use at own discretion.

As we are a new company, we have not yet distributed to any storefronts. We will be looking to partner up with reputable stores in the near future. If you have stores that you would like to recommend, please contact us and let us know.

We currently offer free standard shipping within the US for all orders over $200. 

Shipping to Canada will be a flat rate of $35 for all orders.

If you decide that you no longer want to process your order, you may cancel it as long as the order has not already shipped. Please contact us and we can take care of this for you.  
 
If your order has already shipped, refusing the package would be the easiest and it will be sent back to us.  

Although we do our best to ship items out on time, the delivery is handled by third party couriers and delivery can be delayed depending on season and your location. You can track your item using the the tracking code on your order confirmation or contact the courier associated with your delivery. Yes, if you are not satisfied with your product and have NOT used it, we will gladly refund or exchange it for you. Due to shipping laws, it is not possible to return a product once it is used, even if you have cleaned it. This is the law and we have to abide by it. We can only return UNUSED, brand new products. Thank you for your understanding.
